Consent to publish name in participants list

If the consent was granted during ticket purchase, you agree with processing of personal data in the extent name, surname, institution (possibly city), e-mail address for the purpose of its publication in the list of participants of the Viruses of Microbes 2026. You grant this consent to Booster event s r.o., registration no. 26453312, having its registered seat at Družstevní 1395/8, Praha 4, Czech Republic. Moreover, you acknowledge that if your personal data are used in printed version of the list, the organizer will not be able to remove them from the lists given to other recipients, to what you agree.
At the same time, you confirm that you have familiarized yourself with information on processing of personal data, containing detailed information on processing of personal data by the controller. You grant this consent freely and I have a right to withdraw it at any time on e-mail address magda@boosterevent.cz . 

GDPR Information for Participants

By submitting the registration form, I acknowledge that Booster event, s.r.o. (the “Controller”) processes my personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data.

Purposes and legal basis of processing

• Registration and participation in the conference (performance of a contract).

• Sending organizational information related to the event (legitimate interest / performance of a contract).

• Processing orders and payments related to participation (legal obligation and performance of a contract).

• Sending information about other events organized by Booster event, s.r.o. (only based on my explicit consent).

Scope of personal data

First name, surname, email address, phone number, billing and payment details, and any additional data provided in the registration form.

Retention period

Personal data will be stored for the duration of the event and for the period required to comply with accounting and legal obligations (maximum of 10 years). Data processed for marketing purposes will be retained until consent is withdrawn.

Data recipients

Personal data may be shared only with service providers necessary for the organization of the conference (e.g., IT services, payment providers, venue operators), always in compliance with GDPR. Data will not be transferred outside the EU/EEA.

Rights of data subjects

Participants have the right to access their personal data, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, and exercise the right to data portability. Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Withdrawal of consent

Consent for marketing communication may be withdrawn at any time by email to tereza@boosterevent.cz. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
